{n}Everesting Recovery was borne of the months spent in moving-meditations that constituted Lawrence’s training for the Everesting Run Challenge in 2022

While planning for this event, I was struck by the potential this ambitious, goal-oriented approach to recovery could have for others. The idea wasn’t necessarily to scale the heights of Everest. Instead, it was about fostering a supportive community that encourages individual growth by pushing the boundaries of our comfort zones. In doing so, we can break barriers and accomplish what we once deemed “impossible.”
